I’m interested if someone got any version of it (preferably older ones) work on Linux. I failed at it. The game is fire and I miss it ;-c

its basically what aoe2 users did before DE, as aoe2hd was a bad modernized port.

It works great through proton. I just purchased the Difinitive Edition on steam a couple days ago.
I wish I can launch the OG one for many reasons, but I couldn’t manage to make it work.
Does DE support local MP, connecting by IP?
