This was an off-duty ICE agent that was reportedly driving very recklessly. He was allegedly under the influence and had 2 children in the vehicle. He seemed to not have any idea where he was. He failed the field sobriety test and was charged with DUI. He was very unhappy about being arrested, didn’t handle it very well at all.

The kids were picked up by their mother, they were fine.

The Case is still pending.

    Tough to watch. He’s very clearly very drunk and trying to talk his way out of it for 30min. Appealing to his authority as fellow law enforcement, even trying to pull an ICE by racially profiling that one cop. Being a Karen. But the worst is how he’s constantly hiding behind his kids and his role as father I guess. Like having kids per se absolves him of any crime. Dude, making them is the easy part.
