The article is insinuating that the Gulf of Tonkin incident was a false flag operation. Beyond being the fleet commander is there any evidence that he. was in on operation? The admiral sent the message that he believed the radar information of the second attack were incorrect and that never got to Johnson. Like all the four other administrations during the Vietnam war his screwed up the response.
