Depends on the nature of those hundreds of harassing and threatening emails. If the threats and harassment are criminal, then I think ICE could actually be the correct org to call.

They really aren’t. That’s just something that racist shit stains jump to.

If someone is doing (what you think are) illegal things to you, regardless of their citizenship, you call the police, the organization that deals with enforcing the law.

And when the police actively avoid enforcing laws unless they get to hurt black males, what do you do? When it comes to stalking/harassment, the police will do nothing but ask you to fill out a form that gets put in a pile with nothing done to it. ICE will be able to do more than just warn her to stop.

Calling ICE on a person who is just living their life trying to work hard and get ahead is what racist shit stains jump to. Calling ICE on a person who is acting criminally and SHOULD have their visa revoked is a viable option.

Now, I haven’t read the texts or heard the phone calls and have no idea if this woman was stalking him or if he is a racist jackass who is sexually harassing her. Threatening to call ICE on her might have been a real shitstain thing to do. But Immigration enforcement against non-citizens actively committing crimes is what every other country in the world does. It’s not racist just because it happens in America.

You really think one of the stars of The Avengers is lacking in resources to get a response from police? What is ICE supposed to do in this hypothetical scenario anyway? Deport her based on the word of a single individual who happens to be a celebrity?

But Immigration enforcement against non-citizens actively committing crimes is what every other country in the world does.

So in every other country in the world, immigration enforcement officers get to play judge, jury, and executioner and kick people out of the country based on their personal feelings and personal take on a situation? What nonsense.

Immigration enforcement comes AFTER someone has been convicted of a crime. ICE cannot investigate whether a crime has occurred.

Threatening to call the gestapo on anyone is a shit stain act, regardless of whether you’re legitimately angry at their actions. Don’t be a shit stain.
