      Making roti is easy. Making the correct amount of batter is the harder part for a noob. Also some older folks are crazy about it having to be perfectly round.

        i’ve made it, also chapathi, tortillas, etc.

        my conclusion was that i fucking hate standing at the stove for an hour flipping flatbreads and trying not to get distracted and burn them…

        made me really appreciate fresh flatbreads when i get them at restaurants!
