Common Missouri practice. People get it on the ballot and pass it, then Republicans go and undo the will of the people. Most states like Missouri are not as red as they appear. Democrats in Missouri trail Republicans by about five percent. One of the issues that creates an imbalance is the City vs Rural. Nearly half of Missourians live in cities. But we are ruled by those out in the country.

Nothing wrong with being a hedge engineer. I have a GED and associates in liberal arts.

At this point he would probably be considered an electrical engineer.
