Per the article, it “exposes you to danger”. Piss poor excuse when everything around them is already danger. Basically finding every which way to encroach of any feasible sliver of livelihood. AKA they want them to suffer and preferably die horribly afterward. Which, uh, fucking sucks.

Stop fishing for food. Stop keeping cool in heat. Stop attempts to import food by sea. Assert control to grind down.
