Well, I tend to hit almost every non-sweet food item with hot peppers and garlic, so the cukes definitely help me there. For me, food is a delivery system for garlic and spice. :D

Not that a gyro needs any cooling beyond tzatziki sauce. But you can’t always order double meat, no lettuce because of poverty or health reasons.
