    Damn bro i know im late, but it sounds like you need to drink some H2O. You know the amount of water that you need to drink is half your weight in oz. And thats not including if you work and sweat.

    So it sounds like a lot, but you only have to drink a gallon of water a day if you’re 250 lbs. A gallon sounds daunting, but once you get used to it you’ll be craving water.

    Being topped off on fluids constantly is a life changer.

    Edit: i dont get migraines, and i maybe have a headache one or two times a year. I eat a bit unhealthy, smoke, smoke, drink, rarely do drugs, but ive continued to drink so much water that even after turning 30 with such long abuse, i some how feel almost completely fine. Way better then most people i know.

    And the only difference, staying hydrated!
