One where if shareholders demand more profit by cutting jobs would say that only helps in the short term but would tank the company in the long run? Either we’d get more ethical companies, or less CEOs would pull this bullshit.

Capitalism is fundamentally broken, and what it takes to be successful in this system is directly opposed to the benefit of people or this planet. Just like if you had cancer, the solution wouldn’t be to train an AI to prescribe better multi-vitamin pills. You need to treat the cancer.
