The right way to bring manufacturing back is to give companies incentives and investment funds for bringing manufacturing back over a certain number of years. A carrot and honey are a lot more convincing than vinegar when trying to get what you want.

But how do you feel for buying an already overpriced product, made by a greedy company which acts against software developers (by prohibidding selling their software on other market places and dictating prices), the environment, and the customer (repairability, compatibility and more restrictions) and the state (tax evasion)? I think Apple should get what they deserve.

Nobody forces people to buy Apple devices and no one forces developers to support Apple devices.
