Asking people what they do for fun can be some of the saddest conversations you’ll have(or the best!). Music? No. Art? Not really. Dancing? Sometimes. Games? No, not that much. The saddest thing for me personally is hearing someone say they used to play an instrument but just kinda don’t anymore, to the point where I lent my guitar to a friend so they’d have something until they could buy one to replace what they sold to move here.
General* advice: find a hobby. And surround yourself with people you like.
(This is not unfounded. Hobbies are tied to increased happiness and life satisfastion. Healthy friendships are crucial for well-being and longevity.)
*There are of course cases where this general piece of advice is not applicable. But I direct this towards the majority of people.
