They do use PCs. Just not 100% of the time, but its 70% phone or tablet and 30% Laptop/Tower.
You are confusing middle-class Americans with everyone else in the world.
Most Worldpeople never even had a PC or even a Phone, so they dont count in this statistic.

I’m not sure why this is getting down voted. The stats are pretty clear and come from multiple sources. Android is dominating everything.
