President Donald Trump on Monday reiterated that he is “allowed” to pardon Jeffrey Epstein’s co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell but told reporters that no one has asked him to issue one to her.

When asked on Monday if he would ever consider a pardon for Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year federal prison sentence for child sex trafficking and other crimes, Trump told reporters: “Well, I’m allowed to give her a pardon, but I — nobody’s approached me with it. Nobody’s asked me about it. It’s in the news about that, that aspect of it, but right now, it would be inappropriate to talk about it.”

    This can go four ways:

    • she remains jailed;
    • she goes free and nothing happens;
    • used to bring down some democrats like the male Clinton, but not Obama;
    • or somebody is made to lie about Obama and he arrests that ex president.

      nothing happens should be appended to all of these outcomes.

      the rich and powerful created this system to protect them and people are expecting/hoping that the system will punsih the rich and powerful for being on the list; this inherent contradiction is a clear indicator of how little people are paying attention.

    Of course he will pardon her. He’s in the Epstein file thus he would know her pretty well and she would know what he’s done. The real question is whether she kill’s herself, as that appears to be a risk.

    She definitely won’t get pardoned in exchange for testimony exonerating Trump, because we all know his admin is the most honest admin that ever was or will be. That much we know for sure.
