Cops can pretty much lable anyone a “self admitted gang member” off nonsense and it’s never questioned. If you’re an immigrant that can be all it takes to kick you of the country.
The situation is obviously fucked now, but has existed for decades regardless of which party is in power.
Neoliberals are not good enough, we have 50 years of history to prove it. The party moved to the right with Carter and faced backlash, but hasn’t stopped moving right till about 6 months ago at the last DNC chair election.
A literal once in a life time policitical change happened. And just no one fucking noticed.
The words ‘neoliberal’ and ‘liberal’ are not interchangeable. The most effective neoliberals of the 20th century were Reagan and Thatcher.
