Perhaps in these countries the Executive isn’t directly elected. India 1.4B China 1.4B USA 350MM Indonesia 285MM Pakistan 255MM Nigeria 240MM Brazil 210MM Bangladesh 175MM Russia 145MM Ethiopia 135MM
That claim can’t be true in a world that also has China and India!
It’s an interesting book review and history.
