I was looking for ways to remember what to clean during bath and I’ve found this product that uses Velcro to check what you’ve done and what’s left to clean, and it genuinely seems like a great idea!

What other mechanisms do y’all know/use?

Just wait until one day you’re tootired to do it. So then the next day you forget. Then after that the checklist becomes invisible since it’s a static element in your environment

Yeah, I can totally see that coming. It really sucks to keep changing your strategy because it doesn’t work anymore.

But, hey! At least we’ll get some days of properly taking a bath 🛀

Someone asked me about 15 years ago if I washed my hair or my body first in the shower to which I said body. Then they asked why I wouldn’t want to wash whatever oils/dirt out of my hair first and then work your way down so it doesn’t end up on the parts I just cleaned. There is likely no way it would ever matter, but I’ve washed my hair before my body ever since.

I think about it near every time I shower. Can’t even remember who the person was, or where I was asked at. But I remember that all the time

No no this time I’ll manage for sure. It’s not like that to do list on the inside of my bedroom door that’s been there for years or the reminder widget on my phones home screen or the schedule on my desk gathering dust…
