Just curious, can anyone recommend movies that had released in this format? It’s not the same as the 3D that came to cinemas in more recent times so I doubt modern releases would count.

The only ones I can remember from the 90s were a Three Stooges release and possibly a 3D Who Framed Roger Rabbit release (both shown on TV during the 80s).

    Thank you so much for the clarification and recommendations! I’ll start with Dial M for Murder and work from there.

    I did see Gravity in 3D and was really impressed with it, even more so than Avatar in 3D. But besides that, for some reason I ended up preferring 2D movies in general. As you said, 3D movies aren’t created equally.
