I have thalassophobia and I’d still be down.
They tend to stay close to shore along the bottom, stirring up fine particulate matter to obscure their movements and confuse foes until the group can surround them for an attack. It’s why locals call them “sand witches” and the culinary term comes from their envelopment tactics.
