It doesn’t need to be anywhere near as big capacity, can be made from cheaper cell types because weight isn’t as much of an issue, and it doesn’t drive off during the day when expensive power is more likely.
Let’s rephrase it - v2g let’s you leverage an existing battery you already have and paid for to aid the grid locally, therefore it should be included in all vehicles.

Unless you’re trying to power Aircon, you don’t need anything neer the size of a car battery to get you 90% of the savings.
