Since this is uplifting news, I’ll skip past everything I would have said on other subs to get to the silver lining:

I hope this gets Americans to actually start caring for themselves, and further to realize that feeding a lot of people at once costs less than trying to figure out how to feed one family at a time. And lastly that it is billionaires causing hunger, not immigrants.
