Yes, I’m a vegetable enjoyer, and I don’t have a major problem with broccoli, but definitely not a great testing vegetable. They don’t have a nice bite like radishes. In addition, the texture isn’t great. Celery and carrots have a satisfying crunch, bell peppers and cucumbers are nice and juicy. IMO the best thing that broccoli has going for it is that it has a lot of surface area to pick up dips, sauces, etc. But, on its own, it’s not great.
They’re mini cabbages that are super easy to fry or roast. I love them. I just wish my wife liked cabbage because it’s a bit of effort to cook for one person and you want them freshly cooked
