We didn’t when I worked there. We put enough ice in to make it full. Ask for no ice and it’s like 90% full. We just pressed a button. If I was working I’d top up the no ice folk. I’d also let you keep your free coffee stamps after claiming your coffee for free.
It’s okay. They pack all the US sizes full of ice first, so it’s simultaneously not that bad and a complete rip-off.
They get free refills.
