I need to make my own lemmy instance at some point. What i’d really like to do is have only one rule: “Say whatever you want, but no gore or porn” Unfortunately when you make the rules like that, you’re just asking for the Nazis to show up and spread their hateful garbage.
I need to make my own lemmy instance at some point. What i’d really like to do is have only one rule: “Say whatever you want, but no gore or porn” Unfortunately when you make the rules like that, you’re just asking for the Nazis to show up and spread their hateful garbage.
I had my own instance for a while, it’s no big deal and there wasn’t much bad traffic at all.
Just make another rule that says ‘No Nazi Shit’, then expand as necessary.
