A conversation I heard in a waiting room this morning between two women sharing what they did for thier holiday, “oh we bought this 25 day activity book thing off amazon, we did most of them but some days we just did our own thing”. All I hear when people say “but there’s no cheap alternative” is “I care about my comfort more than anyone else’s.”
