Portland City closed a facility for 3 weeks, the fight to keep it closed permanently is ongoing. There are other examples as well, but a lot of them get reversed at least temporary by Federal Judges who side with the Trump admin. ICE had to temporarily evacuate facilities in Chicago and Colorado due to protests.
