They had (or wrote up on the spot) an “administrative warrant”, not a judicial warrant.
Administrative warrants are DHS documents that only need to be signed by authorized ICE officers and do NOT give them legal authority to break and enter your home. They acted illegally here.
Judicial warrants, signed by a district court judge, allow them to enter only as much as it’s specified in the warrant’s parameters and time frame.
