I mean, isn’t that part of executive dysfunction? As in you have a dysfunction of executing (starting/doing) something.
Makes it worse when you have hundreds of different things youre interested in too!
When im working i have so many ideas of what I wanna do. When works done or on weekends, I have no idea what to do and then feel bad for not making the most of my days off

This is the very definition of executive dysfunction
In the paper from the CHADD, in 2019 they said that ADHD people have more chance to have a loooot more common problems. Health Issues, Accidental Injuries, Poorer nutrition, so I would not be surprised!
I have this to an extreme degree. To like the point that Vyvasnse still doesn’t make it better.
It’s awful.
Vyvanse puts me to sleep. I had to switch to Adderall. Honestly wish I could double it but I’m already at max.
