Yeah not saying Biden didn’t partake in drone warfare, but the civilian casualties from drone attacks were significantly reduced during his term as president. He only executed around a tenth as many drone attacks as done on Obama’s term. So it is not something that makes sense to criticise him specifically on, especially when there are definitely other things to criticise him on.
