Who is the WHO to tell people what plants they can use? Everyone should pull out of the WHO, it’s an abomination of an organization in the first place, made by the US to help exploit people in countries with lower standards of living, and pollute their air and water.
I was thinking of the World Trade Organization for enslaving poor people in dictatorships. The World Health Organization is also a shit organization, not in that way though, but these us created international oganizations work in tandem to police sovereign countries out of their rights. This is not the first plant the WHO has illegalized, or tried to illegalize.
