I don’t think so. This was on the news just a few days ago. I think the files are quite accessible, but only to high-level officials. The point is that it would take many days of full-time work to sift through everything, and they cannot offload it to other people working for them.
And then they passed this rule that only congress members (personally, no aides) can look at the files, on provided government computers.
They’re on display in the bottom drawer of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying “Beware of the Leopard”.
