It kind of makes sense:

• Rockstar Games have been digital for years. You do not need a disc, they require the shit Rockstar Launcher and a disc is really useless here
• If you buy the game and really like it so that you want the collectors edition, why buy it again?

The biggest issue here is that they are selling you absolute rubbish for $400.
