      If you go to a restaurant and don’t eat everything that you bought then you can take the rest home in a bag (or other container). This is called a doggy bag presumably because people used to take food home for their dogs.

      The fajita leftovers included beef and chicken so not vegan. But one of the reasons I included the breakdown of leftovers was because without the leftovers this is totally vegan. Most Mexican places offer a vegan option. Sometimes the carrots and mushrooms are tastier than the meat option. So this is totally vegan compatible.
