Rare catch on Catachan. From what I remember, weren’t the nids killed off by the native flora and fauna so badly that they just left?
Seems like a situation where they would absorb those genes and adapt, but every bit of lore can’t track perfectly.
Probably did but hive mind respected the environment and decided to let me cook a bit more.
