Apple is bringing RCS because China is requiring it, not because of what google has done. So I don’t expect it to be bare bones in that case since a huge market of theirs will be phasing out sms in the foreseeable future.

It’s not nearly as smooth as having the native solution though, which I believe is what this lawsuit is about. For example, the feature that lets you upload images to iCloud and delete them off your phone, but still have them visible in your photo app comes to mind.
I would rather move to Linux at that point but I can’t do that either since some critical apps I require don’t run on it (yet)

I would rather just have more storage. I think lucid did it right for EV design, same with Rivian. Seems like the legacy car manufacturers always make a goofy design. The lucid air for example is a foot shorter than the S class but has more space.
Just make a regular looking car that happens to be EV. I don’t know why manufacturers have to make the dumbest looking vehicles for their EV cars.
