i have a sous vide machine. it always feels so extremely wastedul to use, but it does make really good food. i wish there was an alternative to plastic that i could use :(

i am very glad this will be a thing. a few years ago i rented a villa for a weekend getaway with my wife; i paid for it online - it was ~$175/night and we stayed 3 nights (long weekend). upon arrival, i was then asked to pay $250/night before i could get the keys. i fucking hate this practice… it feels so bad.
