We already have that abundance. It’s just waiting to be liberated.
It defaults to opt-out ONLY if you have already told it to prevent other forms of scraping, such as search engines. Otherwise you are opted in by default.

Patreon: We already sell every minuscule scrap of data we can glean from our users, so preventing us from selling info about the videos they watch, like, violates our free speech, man.
