TBH with how Obama treated Netanyahu versus Trump admin backing single state solution: I bet the war on the Gaza Strip wouldn’t be happening, either. Not at the same scale, at least.

Rivian comes off as a tech bro startup that has talked a big game but produced poor results, they’ve been advertising autonomous self driving since like 2015 or earlier. After shipments started, so did layoffs.
VW has a long history of reliable manufacturing to high standards in Europe. They’ve had executives make claims that they would overtake Tesla as the world’s largest electric car company by 2025. Obviously, VW has been lagging hard on EV and won’t reach that goal, but if I had to pick a favorite car company it’s between them and maybe JEEP or KIA.
Mixed feelings, I like VW but I don’t really like Rivian.
Look, mate, Apple will betray you at every possible turn. The prices they charge don’t justify the products they sell, and you incur risks by merely using their products which fail after only a few years and you’re not allowed to repair. Literally every reason you would purchase a mac, you would be better off to go with Linux or Windows instead. Even if you like the efficiency of the apple ARM processors, which they hold the advantage in only via anticompetitive market practices, their low lifespan doesn’t seem to justify the cost. Generally they’re built to last about 7 years, due to California regulations, but they experience major slowdowns and failures after about 2 or 3.
And the entire time: you’ll funneling money into sweatshop operations.
Sucks to suck if you ever need one repaired. Which is very often.
TBH if it weren’t for windows I don’t think anybody would be dumb enough to use a Mac computer. Microsoft really wasting potential in the OS market, though, I agree.
Windows actually aren’t a very big share of their revenue, but Office is yeah.
I wish some politicians, artists, and scientists that I used to follow used Mastodon.
TBH I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re not being targeted at all but rather align perfectly with the real target audience: lonely, expendable income, low intelligence, low understanding of tech or finance, aging population.
By now you should have already sent in the email opting out of forced arbitration and/or backed up your history anyways. This issue started over 2 months ago.
I am in fact not interested in the hobbies of people who defend companies like DJI, TikTok, Kapersky, etc.
So you’re saying it stopped being a monopoly when competition was created, and you somehow construe that as “monopoly equals competition” ??
Exactly, it needs a higher angular momentum at the same altitude.
Show me one example of shutting down a company who held a monopoly? Generally they just get broken up into smaller companies which directly increases competition but that is in no way analogous to our current situation.
We know that in every single example so far that Monopoly and Competition inversely correlate by definitions.
Lmao you think destroying a global monopoly will decrease competition?
You heard it here, folks, drone production is over forever. Nobody will ever make drones again without the Chinese and their superior cheap plastic and tiny electric motors. It’s all joever. /s
Whats it feel like to be obsoleted by Lidar on planes before you even existed?

Yes you were sarcastic about Ukraine not using Drones. You were therefor saying Ukraine uses Drones. As if that means fuck all in a discussion of the CCP run company DJI who produces Drones which are not the ones used in Ukraine.
Ah right right, sorry, I didn’t go back through the thread when you informed me of the sarcasm.
Seems fair to me, tbh. I wouldn’t go there without diplomatic immunity or a burner anyways.
