But at least they already figured out how to land on the Mun and come back. They just need to go back to a previous save.

That is clearly a meaning of “not stranded” I was previously unfamiliar with.
I don’t know if this was true in all markets, but in the Indiana market when we were kids, TNG would play a sort of mini-version of the theme when it went to break and now when a show or movie fades out or it’s an old show and goes to break, I annoy my wife by singing it.
The Simpsons as well.
There are also shows that based jokes around the fact that they were going to or just came back from a commercial break and now you don’t have those in those shows. And now, I guess, they’ll go back to editing shows for ads.
What a weird modern landscape we’ve made for ourselves.
Yesterday, I saw a Temu ad for something and I just wanted to open it to read the info and there were so many popups and “spin the wheel for a prize” and “enter your email here” and so on that I gave up and just looked for the info elsewhere. Never clicking on a Temu link again.
HP seems to think 4 GB is an acceptable amount of RAM to put in a modern notebook (although they don’t charge even close to what Apple charges).

Edit: Thinking about it, this is worse. Apple isn’t targeting low-income people. This is HP selling the poor a computer that doesn’t work properly.
But how am I going to prevent someone from hacking my Google Glass if I click the wrong link in a Google Group now?!
You seem to think that they are saying they can find any alien ship with any sort of technology. They aren’t. They are saying that if an alien ship has this specific type of theorized warp drive technology and it fails, then we know how we would be able to detect that.
You’d lie to kids about evolving into a salamander and having sex with your former flight control officer who is also now a salamander and having little salamander babies after traveling faster than infinitely fast if you could too. Don’t say you wouldn’t.
It did not. That never happened. No one has ever gone beyond Warp 10. It’s infinite speed. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
The whole thing is theoretical, but the more tools we have on our belt to look for intelligent life in the universe, the better.
Disagree. You have to be completely devoid of morals and ethics to be a CEO. Empathy too. Most of us have those things on at least some level.
“If you’re trying to reach senior decision makers, if you want to reach the most influential people in the world,” Musk told Read, “the X platform is by far the best.”
I think he greatly overestimates how influential Nazis are.

(You guys gotta tell me when it isn’t a News thread.)
Even many fans don’t get this reference now, sadly. The DVD set it was on is long out-of-print and Tjardus Greidanus won’t grant them the rights to re-release it. He also sends takedowns to anyone who uploads The Final Sacrifice to YouTube.
It really sucks when one of the best episodes of a TV show can’t bee seen.
Maybe eventually, but I do now.
He’s the wind, baby!
I’m just renewing a domain I don’t want used for something else at this point. I’m not even paying for hosting.
Lurk less. You’re making a good contribution here.
