My state requires ID (I’m unsure if there’s a max you can give without it, but I brought like $50 and needed ID) and they’re also required to mail a check instead of giving cash on the spot. I imagine that helps deter some people from trying to get a quick payday.

I also have a pretty small desk, and I use a desk mount monitor arm. It’s got two arms holding 2x 27" 1440p monitors, which works great. I usually have papers or even another laptop on front of the screens.

Though I recent started to contemplate switching to a 4k ultra wide, since I don’t play any competitive games realy, and the single wide monitor seems like it would be sweet for the single player games I do play.

TLDW: privacy youtuber is approached by proton to do a sponsor deal. Youtuber avoids sponsor deals, so declined. Proton ghosted them even though they made it seem like they were interested in doing other stuff (a long form interview) that was not dependent on them accepting the deal.
