What part of anything being discussed here is holding back blue states? Blue states generally have higher minimum wage. A nationwide increase of minimum wage would by and large lift red states up while doing little or nothing for many blue states lol

Learning new shit gets genuinely harder as you age. With how fast technology changes, I don’t think you can really blame them for it.
