It’s Peak.
The moment I saw it I immediately read it as a 3.
Is it, though? Because if the billionaires had all that money but only themselves and their billionaire friends on team billionaire, how powerful would they actually be (in comparison to, say, now) if they didn’t have any non billionaires on their side?
I think they’re this powerful right now because there are a lot of non-billionaires who are dumb enough to do whatever they’re told by them even if it’s not in their own best interest (or the rest of the world’s) at all.
You can heat up milk with star anise to make fresh warm anise milk!
Why a boomer of all things? O.O
None, really. I’d play Mortal Kombat with my much older sibling as a child and also grew up playing games like Diablo and GTA (the old ones). I really liked Carmageddon and Postal, too. TBH what I enjoyed the most about GTA was stealing cars and driving around in them. XD Or blocking traffic with a bunch of cars.
Not sure how it is over there but in The Netherlands in a situation like that it would be difficult to have them leave because you are not allowed to just kick them out without a very good reason (to protect the tenants). So if there are any problems or you changed your mind (at least here) you’d be stuck with them if they refused to leave.
I think Disco Elysium might be the game you’re looking for!
Yeah I’m 36 and can hear them as well. They’re so annoying and give me a headache. :-/
I’ve seen this pop up on websites a lot lately. Usually it takes a few seconds to load the website but there have been occasions where it seemed to hang as it was stuck on that screen for minutes and I ended up closing my browser tab because the website just wouldn’t load.
Is this a (known) issue or is it intended to be like this?
I looooved Simon The Sorcerer so much as a child! One of my favourite point and click adventures.
Ah that clarifies a lot actually. I do miss the days where I’d go to a store and buy a physical copy of a game. Then again, they do end up taking up (physical) space of course.
Not sure how it works nowadays, actually! As a child I would borrow PC and PlayStation games from the library. They were physical copies of course. But with Steam keys and all I’m not sure!
So the game was abandoned? That’s too bad! I was considering buying it once it got more features (since it was still in early access)but wasn’t 100% sure yet. I ended up getting Foundry at the time but still wanted to try Techtonica at some point.
Oh so you can’t buy the physical copy of game for Switch 2? That’s lame.
It looks super fun to play in co-op!
How often do they generally release major updates for the game? I almost bought it at (EA) launch but I think this kind of game might be the most fun (to me) if I play the full release, or would you say early access has plenty of content right now? I’ll still wait at least until co-op is out. Played Elden Ring with my husband using the co-op mod and really loved it. Watched the gameplay videos of this one and it looks really good.
I was going to say exactly this. When I have to take a break from exercising and need to get back to it it’s not easy, but I remind myself of all the benefits that come with exercising and how much better it made me feel and that gives me the motivation to get started again. The easiest way for me to force myself to exercise on a day I really don’t feel motivated to do it (or I’ve been out of it for a while) is by putting on my sport outfit and readying whatever I need for my exercises, telling myself I can still change my mind and not do it whenever I want. But by the time I got changed and everything is ready I think “I might as well just do it”.
And it just really takes that one time to fully remind myself of how good it feels afterwards and it gives me the motivation to keep going. Sometimes I’ll end up enjoying it so much I can’t wait for my next exercise session and no, it’s not the actual exercising myself I enjoy, but how I feel afterwards.
So pretty!
