I’ve seen it. It’s rubbish.
I should have bought it when the lifetime was like $40. I used to use it. Had some difficulties with the UI so moved on. Was hoping it would go away instead of being the best choice at 3 times the price. 😖
I use Colibri when I prefer to drag a folder to play.
I used to use Swinsian, and plan to go back to it. Have you tried the beta?
I was using Music, but I’m finding it’s randomly deleting my local files. Nice feature.
Doppler looks pretty, but it’s not very useful for me. Not good for metadata management and I don’t have a lot of space on my iPhone so the functionality of it for now…
Plexamp I like the ability to stream my library (rather than Apple Music versions of my library), but on MacOS the UI is counterintuitive and again metadata management isn’t there so Swinsian seems the best.
Maybe iOS browsers other than Safari can have extensions and more control over their builds. Just switched back to Safari after ads got to be too much on Firefox for iOS.
Colibri (native Mac music player)
I think they should make iOS more complicated. /s

You can install a more modern MacOS with OCLP. Not my main machine, but I installed Monterey on a 2011 iMac without SSD and it runs, though it’s slow, but fine for some purposes.
My daughter’s iPhone makes phone calls by itself when nobody’s touching it
If Safari extensions worked in 3rd party iOS browsers that would be great. I’m using Vivaldi (in beta) and like it a lot.
I cancelled AppleOne and reduced our Apple services to just Music and iCloud storage. Not sure that’s what Apple was going for.
