I prefer text for simple messages but I prrfer the phone for longer communication… Im 70
It is now at the point where we need to ask how they plan on handling complaints and problems. And if the answer is not correct, go somewhere else. Up till now this was never something we needed to worry about
So will we soon have to go places we Don’t want to go… Just so we can get directions to where we want to go?

Sounds like any Cloudflare customer should reconsider their hosting setup . Mark Anderson has decided to strip the customers to increase the bottom line… And once the numbers are up but the customers are gone… Will move on to the next company
