1. Republicans control all three branches of government. The Dems could vote no on everything and it’ll still pass without a few Republicans also voting no, which they have proven they won’t do.

2. A lot of this bullshit is coming from executive orders that shouldn’t be allowed, but the Republican controlled supreme Court is hand waving that shit through. These COMPLETELY BYPASS CONGRESS.

3. Literally ANY procedural rule the Dems could use to thwart them is a hand wave from some Republicans away from not existing.

These are all design choices though, not technical limitations of the gdk. I’m no expert in it though. Is it possible it’s missing the tools that make building those other design features easy?
