Yeah, I am reading the books slowly, I want the final book to release before I go through them all, but it doesn’t seem likely now.

I started it a long time ago but couldn’t find the next book so stopped somewhere around book 6 or 7. Recently (last year? or was that year before that?) started the re-read to finally finish the series. Reading them slowly though, don’t want to read them all and then wait ages for next book, so read one book every 2-3 months.
Highly recommended to go back and read the whole series.

How long did you take to read those 80-90 books?

Heh, this sounds fun.

I got this recently and will be his first book I’ll read, it seems like it will be a good choice.

I have yet to read The Shining too! For a long time I thought I have read it, but then recently found out that I was confusing it with The Stand, so should pick it up some day now.
I have heard mixed things about Mark Manson’s book, would love to hear what you think about it.
That’s pretty great. Do share the link when she is on.

That’s a cute cat! And Sarissa is a good name.
I completely forgot about alt prompts! I have some unscored books, so maybe I can do some shuffling around to get the Bingo!
Edit: There are no alt prompts! I was thinking about something else. 🤦♂️
I am kinda tired of that constant adjusting too, so looking for something where I don’t have to constantly do it. I understand it may not be possible to completely avoid it for taller books, but atleast it should work good enough for your average paperback.
Yeah, the one I have is similar to your first one (about light angle).
Just found out about neck ring lights, didn’t even know they were a thing. How comfortable is it?
Someone recommended headlamp to me few years back, but I haven’t come across a one that works good as book light, most of them are super-bright for the purpose.
Just looked it up, it looks more like a normal torch attached to head strap than like your average headlamp, and it’s a bit above my budget for a book light, but the reviews look good so can be a good long term solution.
Thanks for the recommendation!
“Glocusent USB Rechargeable Book Light” seems to be pretty highly recommended, leaning towards getting that one.
I use non-rechargeable one, it takes 2 CR20232 batteries, and while it does last a long time, the “optimal brightness” phase doesn’t last long, most of the time it’s just dim light where I have to squint my eyes a bit to properly read.
The Eyes of the Dragon is a good option, but it’s not representative of rest of King’s work.
Same here, except haven’t really gotten into Stephen King, and my favourite being Andromeda Strain. Sphere was also really good though.
Thanks! Well it’s not as well as you, but not bad for an average Joe like me 😀
Wow, already on to your second card. I am impressed!
I haven’t gotten Bingo yet, but all rows other than 4th have 3 boxes marked. For columns, B, C and E have 3 entries each. Some of these are repeats though, so won’t count for full coverage.
This is just me reading naturally though, and if I don’t get any Bingo by year end, will start looking for recommendations for remaining boxes.

How did you like The Hollow Places?
Not a big fan of real-world recent war stuff, but will look it up. Thanks for the recommendation!
