I think it’s the Boost app.
I think it’s the Boost app.
My msi motherboard randomly erases boot entries, I have to keep the computer on for a few minutes and reboot so that my other boot entry appears.
It maybe a problem with the m.2 slot, but it has been the case ever since I bought the motherboard.
Anyways I’m gonna stick to a different manufacturer for my motherboard if I’m building a new PC.
I use a firefox addon to hide shorts. works most of the time I guess.
I agree. Having loops within pixelfed makes more sense.
Doesn’t that violate Youtube’s ToS ?
Thats a cool feature for sure but I don’t trust opera.
You do have a point, but each App’s play store page itself shows whether it has ads or in-app purchases. One can use that as an indicator for selecting an app. So people just need to pay attention to the small text right below the App’s title
Then there is always f-droid . You can find really good quality software without ads in fdroid. I rarely use the play store these days (except when I have to update whatsapp and banking apps)
LiteXL is also pretty good.
IMHO, people in corporations should acknowledge that there is a growing user base for Firefox and give it as much priority as chrome. That way people in an organization can at least explore a different browser than chrome (especially the non-tech folks).
The reality is that companies test all their websites in Chrome. Any automation testing will also be focused on Chrome and Safari. Also majority of the developers use Chrome dev tools for debugging. I don’t see that changing anytime soon. I feel that Firefox is like a second class citizen in their book.
But hey, that might be a good thing too. All the tracking B.S will be developed for chrome and We can continue to enjoy privacy with good old firefox.
Wait, are there more counterstrike players in Linux than mac ?
Yeah boost is definitely good, it was my main app until a few months ago. Recently I have been trying Connect, which is another great app.
Connect has improved a lot since I first tried it, also doesn’t have any ads. But all things considered - Boost is bit more polished than connect.
