Okay, guys. Thanks!
You must be very smart.
I have the same feeling that it’s gonna be like that.
Any recommendations?
Don’t use it (if you don’t wanna). Let others live (let others use it if they want to).
Always a good throw in to promote Firefox and adblockers. 😎
Exactly. Don’t use it, let others live.
But that stinks of communism, doesn’t it… 😄

Not every country has 280 million people. Roughly calculated, judging by income, around 15% can afford an iPhone, and that translates to 40 million potential phones. Let’s see how Apple and Giigle will react.

Because I was obviously unaware of the idiocy of the US justice system, and naively gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Under normal circumstances, it’d take Google about 3 years to stall the process of opening.
This will achieve nothing, and it would’ve been better for US consumers if my bold assumption had been correct.
Yeah, makes no sense - could it be that the poster isn’t native speaker and actually meant: “in the next three years”, implying that the criteria must be met within that timeframe…
That’s true. 2 years ago, I come by my friend’s house for a drink, and his kid is watching cartoons on YT. My friend’s been a gamer for +20 years. Spent most of his life around PC. All of a sudden, I hear ads.
What’s that? What? What’s with the ads? Oh that, that’s YT.
I know it is, but what’s with the ads? Well, they have ads. I know they do, but why do you have them…

Thanks! 🍻
Yep, was afraid of that. Sadly, not a solution for me then.
Thanks nevertheless! 🍻
Not nowhere as weird as when I asked for a recommendation for something the other day. Poster replied to me nicely, I nicely said thank you, poster upvoted and a third person downvoted my thank you note! 🤣 🙈
