I skimmed through CJK syllables and the overwhelming lack of lone vertical lines makes it unlikely. I think that enough East Asians know about Loss that we’d get the character go virally copied and pasted, like Kaomoji faces, ߷ “Fidget Spinner” (NKo “Gbakorunen” symbol) and ඞ “Crewmate” (Sinhala “Kantaja Naasikyaya” symbol) if it existed.
