that for sure, but you wont get the scrolling like on ipad … scrolling will always be that 10px down movement rather than the “seemless”/" smooth" scrolling
apple devices (touchpad/mouse) have access to those apis and offer that ux - non-apple devices dont and for some users it may appear that they are not “as good as” apple devices
this is done on purpose and i personaly dont like that strategy
